This privacy policy explains how Soodabeh M ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use Mohammadi.uk or contact me for tutoring.

2. What data I collect

I only collect what you give me directly through the contact form or by messaging me:

• Your name — so I know who I'm talking to
• Your email address — so I can reply to you
• The subject you're interested in (Math / Physics / Both)
• Your message — whatever details you choose to share

When you submit the form, I also briefly log your IP address and a timestamp for spam prevention. This is deleted automatically.

3. Why I collect it (legal basis)

Under UK GDPR, I rely on two legal bases:

• Consent — you tick the form and press "Send", which is your consent to be contacted
• Legitimate interest — protecting the site from spam and abuse

4. How I use your data

I use your details only to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Arrange and deliver tutoring sessions
• Keep basic records of our lessons (for continuity and scheduling)

I never sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. No marketing lists, no third parties, no advertising.

5. Who processes your data

My website is hosted by Hostinger, which stores emails sent via the contact form on their servers. Emails you send are delivered to my mailbox at soodabeh@mohamadi.uk. Hostinger's own privacy policy applies to their infrastructure.

6. How long I keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to lessons — deleted within 12 months
• Active student records — kept for as long as we work together
• Past student records — kept for up to 3 years, then deleted
• Anti-spam logs — automatically deleted after a short period

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — ask what data I hold about you
• Correct — ask me to fix inaccurate data
• Delete — ask me to erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict — ask me to limit how I use your data
